캘거리대학교는 faculty of communication and culture, faculty of fine arts, faculty of humanities, faculty of social sciences 의 4개 학부를 통합하여 faculty of arts로 4월 1일부로 공식 출발했다.2009년 9월이래로 통합을 준비해 왔고, Kevin McQuillan씨가 학장으로 선임되었다.이로써 faculty of arts 학생들은 더욱 다양한 학문 분야를 경험할 수 있게 되었다.www.arts.ucalgary.ca
