PR CARD 관련 연방이민성 공지
2003년 12월 31일부터 캐나다로 재입국하는 영주권자들은 반드시 PR카드를 소지해야 한다.
PR카드는 신청서 접수후 약 12주가 소요된다. 이에 영주권자들은 2003년 12월 31일 이전에 PR카드를 수령할 수 있도록 최대한 빨리 신청해야 한다.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR CANADA'S PERMANENT RESIDENTS
As of December 31, 2003, the PR card is mandatory for re-entering Canada aboard a commercial carrier.
It takes approximately 12 weeks to process an application for the PR card. Permanent residents with plans to travel need to apply for their cards as soon as possible in order to receive their card by the December 31, 2003 deadline. Citizenship and Immigration Canada is recommending clients submit their applications before the end of September in order to receive their cards by the deadline.
