알버타인은 알버타 Blue-Cross 적용을 받을 수 있습니다. 회사에서 제공하는 employer plan에 소속되지 않았다해도 적용을 받을 수 있습이다. 알버타 Health care 에서 제공하지 않는 ambulance services, dental & vision care 등의 서비스를 제공하는 것이 목적이죠.
그리고 income tax credit 계산시에 other medical expenses에 포함시킬 수 있습니다.
처음 Personal Choice individual health plan을 신청할 때 medical history를 검사한다고 합니다.
다음의 구체적인 Plan을 보시기 바랍니다(참고로 65세 이상의 노인을 위한 플랜이 별도로 있음). 그리고 중요한 보험료는 제가 현재 정확한 정보를 가지고 있지 않아서 추후 알려 드리도록 하겠습니다.

70% direct bill prescription drug coverage

50% periodontics and dentures
Vision care
$10,000 accidental death benefit
